At Get Pierced, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn jewelry in its original vacuum-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure jewelry remains in its original, unopened sanitary seal and place it securely in the provided mailer along with your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the hygiene seals, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
